The PacketTiger Virtual is a powerful software-based Virtual Packet Broker engineered for today’s dynamic cloud-native, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. Designed for comprehensive traffic aggregation and intelligent filtering from multiple vTAPs, it provides centralized visibility into both East-West and North-South traffic, enabling deep observability across VMware, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud infrastructures. This lightweight yet feature-rich solution ensures uniform transparency between virtual and physical networks, seamlessly integrating with on-premise devices through GRE or VXLAN tunneling for centralized monitoring and security workflows.
The Virtual model supports stateful filtering, reducing unnecessary data forwarding to optimize performance and lower monitoring costs. It features load balancingIMSI filtering, and GTP correlation and inner IP-based distribution, making it an ideal choice for mobile core and 5G environments.
